The M-PR 3.1 provides a configurable semi-automatic production platform for concrete block and paving manufacturers. Changing the mould allows the same machine platform to make different compatible product shapes. The mould, mix design and production workflow should be selected for the intended product rather than treating every shape as having the same output. MEGA’s published production set combines the press with one mixer, two conveyors, one aggregate bunker, three manual pallet trolleys and three electrical panels. Published paving examples are up to 250 m² for PBM-001 (160 × 200 mm), 225 m² for PBM-007 (120 × 240 mm) and 275 m² for PBM-002 (100 × 200 mm).
